I joined AIA as an Undergraduate FSC when I was 21 to earn more pocket money. I used to be quiet and reserved until I started gaining confidence through the business. I decided to continue my career upon graduation instead of pursuing Engineering which I studied.

Under the guidance of my Director, Winnie, and the support from my wife, I became a manager and eventually was promoted as an Associate Director. I lead a team of consultants, mostly from the same background as me. Even as a manager, I serve my clients and ensure they never walk alone in their financial planning journey. Anson’s Story
I was first introduced to this profession by an internship offer. Being an Engineering student, the career path as a Financial Consultant was something that has never crossed my mind. After meeting my Director and mentor, Winnie, I realised this is a career that could give me a purpose at work.
Insurance and financial planning are extremely important in this fast-developing world and I strongly believe that everyone should have proper planning. This belief started when my father suffered a minor stroke and we were unable to afford the medical bills. Fran’s Story
I was formerly a self-employed franchisor and retailer with outlets in Singapore and China. However, as a mother of two, I wanted to spend more time with my family in Singapore. I saw how my husband as a Financial Services Manager at Win Financial help many clients over his fifteen years in the industry. So, I decided to become an FSC too.

When I presented a claim cheque to a breast cancer single mum during her treatment period, I saw how meaningful my job can be. Life can be unpredictable and everyone should have a Financial Advisor who is compassionate and willing to accompany them in their financial planning journey.

While undergoing Business Studies at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I realised I wanted to build a business of my own. After completing my NS, I chanced upon the opportunity to be an FSC with Win Financial. Lyndon’s Story

I was formerly an auxiliary police officer at Certis Cisco while studying at NTU. I joined AIA as an undergraduate FSC in 2001. Upon graduation, I turned down an attractive offer for a civil service position and chose the path of a full-time Advisor. When people ask me why, I felt that I must be responsible to my friends who have trusted me all these years.
