Junxiong’s Story

I initially joined AIA as an FSC to earn extra income during my undergraduate days in NTU. But it eventually grew into a commitment to help people I crossed paths with. With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, I understand the common financial concerns that individuals and families go through during their different stages of lives. As an FSC, I am committed to ensuring that all my clients’ financial planning needs are well taken of. When I helped a client claim a $1 million hospitalisation bill for end-stage Lymphoma, it was then that I saw how meaningful my job was. As cliché as it may sound, to be a good FSC takes dedication and sincerity.

Alfonso’s Story

I have always aspired to be an entrepreneur, and was introduced to the career of an FSC through an internship opportunity. At the first meeting with my Director and Mentor, Winnie, I knew that this was the golden opportunity for me to pursue my dream to become an entrepreneur. I am grateful to have discovered a job which encompasses my interest and allows me to interact with people, therefore helping me gain confidence. Growing up in a family where there is little awareness about financial planning, I knew the importance of delivering the “right dose of medication” to my family and clients. I love spending time with my loved ones and singing is my favourite leisure activity outside of work.

Duke’s Story

When I was working in DBS, I got a call from Win Financial to explore a career in the Financial Services Industry. With a keen interest in finance, I took a leap of faith to join their internship and felt a deep connection to the industry. In my journey as an FSC, I once helped a client update his insurance portfolio and filled up the gaps which ultimately helped him claim over $100,000 when he was subsequently diagnosed with prostate cancer. This was a major milestone in my career where it reminded me of the meaningful difference I am making to others. During my free time, I play basketball not only for fitness, but to bond with my friends.

Jack’s Story

I started my first financial plan since Army through my advisor, Leo Tan. His passion and willingness to go the extra mile was what inspired me to join him in Win Financial. I aimed to embody the dedication he has for his clients and to meaningfully impact the people around me. I went through an intensive 8-week training and through the seniors, I learnt that good financial planning starts from a good understanding of the client’s situation. I look forward to becoming as successful as Leo. Aside from being committed to my job, the time flexibility of my career allows me to play the drums and remain active in the local music scene.
