Winnie’s Story
It was during 1997 Asian Financial Crisis that I made the bold move to join the Insurance Industry. There was no looking back ever since. I faced many obstacles transiting from Banker to Advisor and I am grateful for supportive clients who have given me the opportunity to partner with them in their financial planning journey. I embrace life with an attitude of excellence and firmly believe that success is by design. Other than the mentors who have guided me, I am thankful for the many veterans ahead of me who have penned down their greatest lessons in books – which has brought me to where I am today. My dream eventually is to write and publish my own book.

Kevin’s Story
I was formerly a Guards Officer before I made a career switch in 1995 to become an AIA FSC. In my 24 years with AIA, I qualified for many prestigious awards, such as Life and Qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table. Moving on to Agency Management in 2015, I am now also involved in recruitment training and performance management. I personally embrace the philosophy of work-life harmony. An FSC should not only commit to serving his clients, but take care of his family and serve the nation too. Personally, I love talking about life with my son outside of work hours, and playing a game of golf with my friends and clients as a form of exercise.

Melvyn’s Story
I was formerly a Bancassurance Specialist when I first joined the Insurance Industry in 2008, before becoming a Financial Services Manager at Win Financial. Even as a manager, my mission stays to assist individuals and organizations fulfil their financial objectives by recommending only the best solutions, which I would personally take if I was in their position. Being in the Insurance Industry allows me to not only help those in need but also grow myself as an individual. A work accomplishment I am most proud of is being appointed as the Industry Representative and Honorary Secretary of Insurance and Financial Practitioners Associate of Singapore (IFPAS). I initially joined AIA as an FSC to earn extra income during my undergraduate days in NTU. But it eventually grew into a commitment to help people I crossed paths with. With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, I understand the common financial concerns that individuals and families go through during their different stages of lives. As an FSC, I am committed to ensuring that all my clients’ financial planning needs are well taken of. When I helped a client claim a $1 million hospitalisation bill for end-stage Lymphoma, it was then that I saw how meaningful my job was.
